"Yesterday President Ilham Aliyev received newly appointed heads of executive authority of Shirvan City, Zardab District, and Surakhani, Yasamal and Khatai districts of Baku, MP Javid Osmanov told SIA.
Deputy emphasized that, the President particularly focus on the issues related with the development of entrepreneurship. Assignments to newly appointed heads of executive authority consist of supporting improvement of entrepreneurship, especially new investments. It does not only mean that supporting of the establishing of new jobs and service industries profit only entrepreneurs, but it also means to achieve provision of employment. The Head of State also warned everyone that officials would penalize who prevent businessperson. And he also underlined that, it should be created condition to businessperson over the country. "
