On June 22, Turkmenistan's President Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived in Azerbaijan on a state visit.
According to SİA, an honor guard was lined up at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where the national flags of both countries were waved in honor of the distinguished guest.
President Berdimuhamedov was welcomed by Azerbaijan's First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov, Deputy Foreign Minister Samir Sharifov, and other officials.
