All of Azerbaijan's achievements are the result of the policies laid down by national leader Heydar Aliyev, First Deputy Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ali Ahmadov said at today's extraordinary session of the Parliament, Report informs.
According to him, without Heydar Aliyev's historic return, modern Azerbaijan would not exist in its current form: "All of our successes are the result of the policies laid down by the great leader. The Azerbaijani people value the salvation as one of the most important events in Azerbaijan's modern history."
Ahmadov stated that Azerbaijan's historic victory in Karabakh was also based on the state policy of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
