Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Tuesday that 200 Ukrainian air defense experts are currently in the Middle East helping to counteract Iranian drone attacks, SİA reports citing CNN.
Speaking at the British Parliament as part of his latest visit to the UK, Zelenskyy said that drones — especially cheap attack drones — have completely changed modern warfare.
The Ukrainian President gave one example of this shift, saying that while each Iranian drone costs about $50,000 USD, the US and its allies are currently using missiles worth about $4 million USD to shoot them down.
