US leader says he hopes there will not be further action on Iran

United States President Donald Trump said he hoped there would not be further US military action in Iran on Wednesday, but said the United States would act if Tehran resumed its nuclear program, SİA reports citing CNBC.

"They can't do the nuclear," Trump told CNBC in an interview in Davos, Switzerland, noting major US air strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities in June 2025 last year. "If they do it, it's going to happen again."
