President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has congratulated His Excellency Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan Abdelrahman Al-Burhan, Chairman of the Sovereign Transitional Council of the Republic of Sudan, SİA reports.
The congratulatory letter reads:
“Dear Mr. Chairman,
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Sudan, I extend my most sincere congratulations and good wishes to you and your people on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan.
I believe that we will continue to make joint efforts to develop relations and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Sudan in a friendly manner in accordance with the interests of our peoples.
On such a significant day, I wish you good health, success in your work, and peace and prosperity to your friendly people.”
