The Milli Majlis (Parliament) has addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of his birthday, SİA reports.
At today's session of the Milli Majlis, the Speaker of the Parliament, Sahiba Gafarova, proposed that a congratulatory letter be sent to the head of state, Ilham Aliyev, on behalf of the Milli Majlis.
The members of the Parliament welcomed the chairwoman's proposal with applause.
The MPs wished President Ilham Aliyev and his family good health and new successes in his activities for the prosperity and development of Azerbaijan.
