Officials from Azerbaijan and Oman have explored avenues to deepen economic cooperation, Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov shared in a post on his X page, SİA reports.
During a working visit to the Sultanate of Oman, Azerbaijani officials met with Said bin Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Saqri, the country’s Minister of Economy.
The meeting focused on strengthening economic relations, realizing cooperation potential in trade and investment, and promoting joint initiatives in energy, industrial zones, tourism, small and medium-sized businesses, and transit.
"During the meeting, we discussed the strengthening of economic relations, the realization of cooperation potential in trade and investment, and the promotion of joint initiatives in energy, industrial zones, tourism, small and medium-sized businesses, and transit.
We also exchanged views on Azerbaijan’s advantageous geographical location and high transit efficiency, which create favorable conditions for attracting foreign investments," the minister wrote.
