A delegation from the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ ), led by Executive Director Israfil Mammadov, is on a business visit to China, the fund told SİA.
SOFAZ stated that this visit aims to enhance investment cooperation with China and expand mutually beneficial partnership opportunities.
During the trip, the delegation participated in a roundtable meeting attended by a senior Chinese government representative. This platform, which brings together leading global institutional leaders, provided a valuable opportunity for direct dialogue between investors active in China and government officials.
The SOFAZ delegation also met with Zhang Qingsong, Chairman and Executive Director of the China Investment Corporation. The meeting focused on concrete areas of collaboration and outlined the next steps for implementing joint projects.
