The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has expressed condolences to Portugal following the accident in the capital, Lisbon, where the "Gloria" funicular derailed, resulting in casualties, the ministry shared in a post on its official X page, SİA reports.
“We are deeply saddened by the tragic funicular derailment in Lisbon's Gloria line. We express heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of those who perished, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured," the post said.
