Ali Asadov: Victories under Ilham Aliyev’s leadership officially endorsed in Washington with US President’s participation
President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to Washington, which is attracting global attention, not only strengthens Azerbaijan’s authority and position on the international political stage but also opens new prospects for ensuring long-term peace in the region, Prime Minister Ali Asadov said at a special government session dedicated to the historic visit of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, to Washington.
“The meeting of President Ilham Aliyev with US President Donald Trump in Washington, at the White House, the special warmth, sincerity, and high level of hospitality shown to our head of state, and the presentation by the US President of a symbolic key to the White House to the President of Azerbaijan, are a vivid expression of Donald Trump’s special attitude to the personality and leadership of President Ilham Aliyev,” he said.
Asadov added that the victories achieved by the Azerbaijani army on the battlefield under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, as well as the peace initiative spearheaded by Azerbaijan, were officially endorsed in Washington with the participation and signature of the US President.
