Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan signed a joint appeal to the OSCE regarding the dissolution of the Minsk Group with the participation of the leaders of the two countries, SİA informs.
"The foreign ministers signed a joint statement addressed to the OSCE regarding the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group with our participation," Pashinyan told Armenian journalists in Washington.
