In the modern era, judicial management is no longer limited to performing administrative functions and serves as an important tool in ensuring quality, transparency and building public confidence in justice, Fuad Alasgarov, head of the Department for Work with Law Enforcement Agencies of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, said at the 3rd meeting of the Judicial Councils of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States and the international conference "Global Challenges in Judicial Management" in Baku, Report informs.
He noted that consistent targeted measures are being implemented in the country in this area: "The year 2025 has been declared the Year of Constitution and Sovereignty by the President. In this context, I would like to especially emphasize the process of restoring the activities of state institutions, including the judiciary, in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. This process is a real embodiment of the sovereignty of Azerbaijan."
