“COP29 was a great success for Azerbaijan. At today’s Forum, we reaffirm the importance of multilateral dialog as an inclusive mechanism. The motto turning challenges into opportunities is not just a goal, but a necessity,” said Bajram Begaj, President of Republic of Albania, as he addressed the opening ceremony of the 12th Global Baku Forum.
“The Global Baku Forum, organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, is an important forum that delivers messages of hope in a world of increasing uncertainty,” he noted.
