The Azerbaijani government has informed the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) about its intention to close its representation in Azerbaijan, Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of the ICRC's Azerbaijan representation, said in response to SİA's inquiry.
She mentioned that they are currently in contact with the authorities: "This dialogue is part of our confidential and bilateral communication."
