The project of the Khojaly Memorial Complex is ready, and its implementation will be carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Minister of Culture, Adil Kerimli, stated this in his statement to journalists, APA reports.
"The approved project already exists, and the work will be carried out accordingly with this project," the minister noted.
