Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, is participating in the 4th Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum, which started on February 24, SİA reports.
Leyla Aliyeva, who was represented at the Forum at the invitation of Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, spoke at the panel titled "Global Humanitarian Volunteering: Perspectives and Goals" and provided information about the humanitarian projects implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Azerbaijan and other countries.
The Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation stated that Azerbaijan has a successful model of volunteering and noted the importance of developing volunteer programs in solving existing humanitarian problems.
Note that the forum, held on February 24-25, is attended by high-level officials from a number of countries, heads of the World Health Organization, the International Organization for Migration, the International Red Cross, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the United Nations Children's Fund and other influential international organizations, donor organizations, international experts and researchers.
