A meeting was held between media representatives from French colonies and the leadership of the Baku Initiative Group (BIG), BIG told SİA.
During the meeting, participants were provided with detailed information about the organization's activities, objectives, and directions.
A video showcasing the organization's international projects over the past two years was also screened.
BIG leader Abbas Abbasov highlighted the recent surge in mass cyberattacks on the organization's website and social media profiles, noting the increasing foreign interference. A video reflecting these foreign interventions, based on real facts, was shown to the journalists.
The meeting also provided responses to biased and non-objective theses purposefully voiced by French officials and media against Azerbaijan and BIG. Abbas Abbasov emphasized that one of the purposes of organizing the visit of foreign journalists was to provide tangible evidence that these biased accusations were unfounded.
Note that 12 foreign media representatives will hold numerous meetings and participate in special communication training sessions during the visit.
