The results of the municipal elections, which will be held on January 29, will be announced on the evening of the same day or on January 30, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov told journalists.
Report quotes him as saying more than 70,000 observers will monitor the elections: "Web cameras are installed at 1,000 polling stations. The election results will be announced on the evening of January 29 or on January 30."
The CEC chairman added that municipal elections will not be held this time in territories liberated from occupation.
