President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Taye Atske Selassie, has addressed a letter of condolence to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, SİA reports.
The letter reads:
“Your Excellency,
We received with deep sorrow and sadness the news of the loss of lives caused by the tragic plane crash.
On behalf of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and personally, I extend my heartfelt condolences to Your Excellency, the people, and the Government of Azerbaijan, as well as to the families of the victims. I also wish a swift and full recovery to those injured in this tragic accident.
Ethiopia expresses its solidarity with the people and government of Azerbaijan during this difficult time.
Your Excellency, please accept my highest regard.”
