Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan has expressed his condolences to Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan over the crash of an AZAL plane in the city of Aktau, Press Office of the President of Kazakhstan released information, SİA reports.
The President of Kazakhstan has expressed his solidarity with the people of Azerbaijan, stating: "I extend my deepest condolences to you, to the families and loved ones of the deceased, and to the entire Azerbaijani people. On my instructions, the Government of Kazakhstan has established a state commission. The commission will take appropriate measures within the framework of the rescue operation and provide the necessary assistance to the Azerbaijani side."
