The main task at COP29 is to create necessary conditions for all parties and to serve as a navigator in these matters, COP29 President Mukhtar Babayev told journalists, Report informs.
He noted that it's too early to talk about any figures in decisions made within the conference.
"The process has been launched, negotiations are actively continuing. Implementing large-scale tasks requires significant efforts. Meanwhile, it's important to maintain composure. We are doing everything possible for successful completion of the work," Babayev added.
