Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, delivered a speech at the 11th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Bishkek, Azerbaijan's MFA released information in this regard, SİA reports.
The information underlined that during his speech, Minister Bayramov addressed the prospects for cooperation in areas such as economy, trade, transport and communications, energy security, digital technologies, culture, and more, within the OTS framework. He also highlighted Azerbaijan's initiatives and proposals regarding the strengthening of the organization, as well as the country's preparations for COP29.
