On behalf of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan's Parliament), a congratulatory letter was addressed to the President of Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva on the occasion of the Day of Restoration of Independence, SİA reports.
This proposal was made by Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Parliament, at today's session of the Milli Majlis.The proposal was accepted with applause.
