Georgian PM warns of severe punishment for those creating any provocations

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has issued a stern warning that any attempts to create provocations in Georgia will be met with severe punishment, SİA informs.

Kobakhidze highlighted that the radical opposition is actively discussing plans to incite public unrest following the elections.

“They will try to attack state institutions and stage a coup. The opposition aims to overthrow the government. I want to remind the radicals and their supporters that Georgia’s state and law enforcement agencies are currently in their best condition. Therefore, no provocation will succeed, and any crime will be severely punished,” Kobakhidze stated.
