"The preparatory process for the parliamentary elections in Khatai-Surakhani electoral district No. 36 is carried out according to the instructions," Garat Garatov, chairman of Khatai-Surakhani District Election Commission No. 36, told Secki 2024 Independent Media Center.
He said that there are 36 polling stations in the district.
"All stations have been fully prepared for the elections. The number of voters is about 49,000. Some seven candidates have been registered for the district. Currently, the candidates are being engaged in election campaigning. More than a thousand local observers will observe the elections in the constituency,” Garat Garatov concluded.
