Chairman of CEC: "Appeals and complaints regarding violation of campaign rules should be considered in district election commission first"
"Appeals and complaints related to the violation of campaign rules related to the snap elections to the Milli Majlis, which will be held on September 1, should first be considered in the district election commission," Secki 2024 Independent Media Center reports citing the Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov telling at the meeting held today.
He noted that if there is dissatisfaction with the decision of the circle, then an appeal can be made to the CEC.
"However, currently such appeals are directed directly to the CEC. However, the first circle should look," he concluded.
