Absheron Second Electoral District No. 49 is fully ready for elections, Secki 2024 Independent Media Center reports, citing Rafeddin Nagdaliyev, the chairman of the Absheron Second District Election Commission No. 49.
He noted that all polling stations were provided with the necessary technical equipment:.
"There are 36 polling stations in the district. All precincts are fully prepared for elections. We have more than 47,000 voters and up to 60 of them will vote for the first time in the elections,” added he.
The chairman also noted that there are six candidates in the constituency and they are currently campaigning. They have been provided with the necessary facilities.
“The number of local observers is close to 700, and it is not excluded that this number will increase, because the applications are still being reviewed," concluded he.
