Turkish journalist: "Azerbaijan can be example for countries of the world in ensuring election security"
"Azerbaijan's experience of democracy is older than many countries. When the right to vote was not fully formed in many countries, in the Republic of Azerbaijan, all citizens, including women, were given the right to vote. The historical experience of Azerbaijan and the tradition of elections, which developed even more after regaining its independence, create the basis for the Milli Majlis elections to be held on September 1 in accordance with transparent, democratic principles,” Turkish journalist Hasan Barın told Secki 2024 Independent Media Center.
He drew attention to the high level of election security in Azerbaijan.
"One of the most important issues related to the election process in the world today is ensuring security and preventing external interference. Not all countries can provide it. Azerbaijan can be an example for the countries of the world in ensuring election security," Turkish journalist concluded.
