"Elections are a means of expressing the will of the people in the management of the state. In the election process, the citizens of the country unite for the sake of their future. In this sense, the parliamentary elections are a significant political event that leaves an indelible mark on the country's history. It is the moment chosen by the representatives who are responsible for directing the people to the path of development and progress,” Uzbek expert, executive director of the Development Strategy Center, Eldor Tulyakov, told Secki 2024 Independent Media Center.
The expert emphasized that the country's political course, future, and place in the world community are determined during the elections.
"Therefore, the upcoming parliamentary elections in the fraternal Azerbaijani Republic are one of the main steps towards the future development of the state. I am sure that the people of Azerbaijan will actively participate in the elections by demonstrating their civic activity and will choose the most worthy candidates. This choice will become the basis for strengthening the state, continuing democratic reforms, and achieving new heights in socio-economic development. Let every vote be a contribution to building a strong, fair and prosperous Azerbaijan," Eldor Tulyakov concluded.
