Azerbaijan Army's Air defense units conducted training with S-300 "Favorit" anti-aircraft missile complexes
In accordance with the preparation plan of the current year, tactical-special training was held with air defense units, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told SİA.
During the exercise, the combat crews of the divisions of the S-300 "Favorit" anti-aircraft missile complexes made the equipment ready for battle and marched to the position areas, moved to the starting positions, and performed the tasks of preparing and masking the area.
In the training, the tasks of protecting important objects from air attack, as well as repelling conventional enemy rocket attacks, were successfully carried out.
The main goal of conducting the exercises is to increase the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of military personnel, as well as to maintain the combat capability of air defense units at a high level.
