A meeting was held at the Baku Court of Appeal with Branislav Solovich, the representative of the Election Observation Mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), who is on a visit to Azerbaijan in connection with the snap elections to the Milli Majlis on September 1.
Secki 2024 Independent Media Center informs that at the meeting, discussions were held on various issues related to the judicial settlement of election disputes, the experience of applying the legislation on the protection of electoral rights by the courts, and cases related to the protection of electoral rights in court.
The issues of interest to the guest were also clarified.
