Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) registered 458 authorized representatives of 17 political parties, CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov said at a meeting held Tuesday.
Panahov noted that observers are already applying, adding that CEC has received requests from 128 observers, most of which have been positively processed.
