Over 330 families to be relocated to Jabrayil’s Horovlu village in second half of 2024

The first relocation to the Horovlu village of the Jabrayil district is scheduled for the second half of the current year, the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) of the Republic of Azerbaijan told SİA.

According to the State Committee, large-scale reconstruction works are being carried out in the liberated territories: “Within the implementation of the first State Program on the Great Return, the Horovlu village of the Jabrayl district is being rebuilt. 334 families are expected to be resettled in the village in the second half of this year. Moreover, it is planned to relocate 78 families to the Karkijahan settlement of Khankandi city, where reconstruction works are currently underway.”
