"We believe that peace is possible in this region and we will continue to work in this direction," Deputy Press Secretary of the US State Department Vedant Patel said while answering a question about Secretary of State Antony Blicken's call to the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, SİA informs.
According to him, the Secretary of State is dealing with this issue personally: “Blinken communicates with the heads of both countries at certain intervals. Our contacts with the parties continue.”
