Today’s trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Türkiye and Georgia in Baku provides an opportunity for in-depth discussion not only of regional issues, but also global problems, as well as climate challenges, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said, announcing the agenda of the meeting, Report informs.
“There is no doubt that the world economy is now gradually moving from traditional energy to green energy, and our vision should also be aimed at the future,” he said, adding that 2024 in Azerbaijan has been declared the Green World Solidarity Year.
The minister expressed confidence that the three countries will participate in addressing issues related to climate change and will continue to work together to overcome challenges in the region.
