According to al-Asoomi, during the observation they did not encounter a single instance of interference in the process of expressing the voters' will.
Each voter was able to vote for the candidate he wanted to see as president of the country.
"The elections were transparent and we, as Arab Parliament, welcome this. There were no violations of the electoral process or any serious irregularities," al-Asoomi said.
