Precinct election commissions are already formed in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov told journalists, SİA reports.
He said that as a first step, those precinct election commissions have been equipped with the necessary equipment: "Works are almost completed there. The work done there can be an example for polling stations located in other districts. You can highlight works regarding to process from there."
