Azerbaijan's proposals regarding the peace treaty have been submitted to Armenia, and from now on, the rest is up to Armenia, the Chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center), Farid Shafiyev, told Report.
Shafiyev stressed that if Armenia accepts Azerbaijan's proposal, it will be possible to sign the treaty soon: "The President of the Armenian Parliament, Alen Simonyan, noted yesterday that the two sides are close to signing the peace treaty. It means that they will likely accept Azerbaijan's proposals."
