The Central Election Commission (CEC) receives mostly minor complaints about election irregularities in Azerbaijan, Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission Rovzat Gasimov said at a seminar dedicated to the consideration of appeals about violations of electoral rights.
According to Report, the complaints usually do not have serious grounds: "Sometimes complaints have political motives. It is our responsibility to consider incoming complaints."
