The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan has already sent an invitation to international observers to observe the presidential elections, Chairman of CEC Mazahir Panahov said at the meeting with the chairmen of the District Election Commissions, SİA informs.
The snap presidential elections will be held in Azerbaijan on February 7 next year.
