Azerbaijan President confers high military, high special ranks to employees of Ministry of Emergencies
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on conferring high military and high special ranks to the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, SİA reports.
The following employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were conferred high military and high special ranks:
"Lieutenant General" high military rank
to Major General Etibar Ismayilov Rasul
"Major General" high military rank
to Colonel Shahin Mirzayev Ayyub
"Major-General of the internal service" high special rank
to internal service Colonel Agshin Kazimov Boyukaga
to internal service Colonel Asif Mammadli Eltufat.
