President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived at the World Climate Action Summit, which is being held on December 1 in Dubai within the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change - COP28, SİA informs.
The Azerbaijani head of state, who arrived at the summit, was met by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
