Azerbaijan unveils names of persons killed by Vagif Khachatryan and other Armenian militants in Meshali massacre
The names of the people killed by Armenian terrorist Vagif Khachatryan and other Armenian militants during the massacre in the village of Meshali of Azerbaijan’s Khojaly district against Azerbaijanis have been unveiled, according to the indictment of Vagif Khachatryan.
It was stated in the indictment that on December 23, 1991, around 06:00 in the morning, Vagif Khachatryan together with members of illegal armed military units, with the support of personnel and heavy equipment of the 366th motorized rifle regiment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation stationed in the city of Khankandi, raided and attacked the houses and streets of the village of Meshali.
