Position of President's representative on special tasks included in first classification of administrative positions
Under the proposed amendment to the law "On Civil Service", the position of the representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on special tasks is included in the first classification of administrative positions, APA reports.
The draft law was prepared in order to use the rights and guarantees of civil servants for the relevant classified positions of the persons performing this duty and to perform their duties.
