"Armenia committed numerous atrocities against Azerbaijanis, while Azerbaijan never targeted Armenian civils, instead ensuring a safe environment for their reintegration," Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Aykhan Hajizade, SİA reports.
"Turning a blind eye to the fact that confirmed UN, UNOCHA, ICRC, and Refugees that Azerbaijan did not force Armenians out is nothing but hypocrisy," he said.
