Reintegration talks with representatives of Armenian residents of Azerbaijan's Garabagh kicked off, SİA reports.
Ramin Mammadov, who was appointed as the person responsible for talks with the Armenian residents living in the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan, Bashir Hajiyev, the Deputy Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Garabagh Economic Region (except Shusha district), and Ilkin Sultanov, the employee of the special representation represent the central authority of Azerbaijan.
Armenian residents of Garabagh are represented by Sergey Martirosyan and David Melkumyan. A representative of the Russian peacekeeping contingent attended the meeting as a participant.
Representatives of the Armenian residents of Karabakh arrived in the city of Yevlakh to meet Ramin Mammadov, the person responsible for contacts with the Armenian residents living in the Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
They were accompanied by Azerbaijani police and Russian peacekeepers.
At the meeting to be held in Yevlakh, reintegration issues will be discussed based on the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
