Russia continues to work towards normalizing relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists.
"Russia continues to fulfill its commitments as a security guarantor; Russia carries on with its attentive, scrupulous, consistent and constructive work both with Yerevan and Baku," the spokesman added.
