The French Embassy in Azerbaijan has called rumors the visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to the country this week, SİA informs.
Earlier, Alpha News, citing its sources, reported that Macron might visit Armenia and Azerbaijan next weekend. The visit was scheduled for September 9-10.
"After Yerevan, the president of France will go on a visit to Baku," the media claimed.
However, according to the Bangladesh Foreign Ministry, Macron plans to visit the country on September 10. At the same time, before his visit to Bangladesh, the French president will visit India to attend the G20 summit.
