Free passage of Armenian residents of Garabagh through Lachin border checkpoint continues

Armenian residents living in Garabagh continue to unimpededly pass through the Lachin border checkpoint, SİA reports.

The passage of total of 29 people in 9 cars belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) were provided through the Lachin border crossing point in the direction of Khankendi-Gorus on September 5. 4 of them were employees of the ICRC, 9 of them were drivers, 9 were patients, 6 were escorts, and 1 person was a medical worker.

This again showcases that the Armenian side's claim about the closure of the Lachin road is groundless. Lachin border checkpoint is open for humanitarian purposes.
